The room was great with a spacious layout and a private terrace overlooking well-kept gardens. The huge pool and beautiful grounds provided a relaxing atmosphere after exploring the nearby medieval city.

Couple's getaway, solid experience
The staff were friendly and helped us with anything we needed. The dining experience we had was quite nice with fresh, homemade food.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

Thank you for a very nice stay. The hotel is nicely appointed and perfectly clean, nestled in a very good building. It boasts magnificent, excellent location so close to Toulouse, restaurant and breakfaist, and the castle and old town as well as easy walking distance of main town. I recommend to try food at L'escargot just 5 minutes walk from the venue. The rooms are spotless, new-fashioned, and come with a safe box, central heating and an electronic key card.

We had been recommended this hotel by fellow motorcyclists. Staff very friendly and provided extensive help with sightseeing information. Kindly upgraded to a room with view of old city as a birthday visit. Motorcycle friendly.

From the moment we waliked in the staff were exceptionally helpful. Food was very good and exceptionally well priced. Rooms were clean and there was a very good atmopshere. It is also well located for the special old part of Carcassone.

The breakfast spread included a variety of local pastries and the opportunity to enjoy it outdoors was good.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! We were getting a night train to Paris and even though we had to check out at noon, we were able to leave our bags at the hotel and then sit in the hotel lobby and read newspapers and use the hotel facilities until 11.00pm when we left for the railroad station. A great choice of hotel!
We liked everything! The air conditioner could have been cooler but that was our only qualm

The hotel is just a short walk from the city so is ideal. We arrived very early and the receptionist made us welcome and arranged to have our room made ready as quickly as possible. The pool looked great but we didn't have time to use it. The room was lovely and it was great to be able to open the patio doors and have fresh air.
I wish the hotel had told us about the little train which runs from the city into the town - that would have been useful. A bit disappointed with the service at breakfast - the coffee in the urn ran out and wasn't replaced; we had to make do with coffee pods. The pancakes ran out and no replacements were brought out despite another hour until breakfast finished.
